1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dotler platform (“Service”) operated by Dotler Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Dotler is an AI-powered advertising automation platform that helps businesses create, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The Service includes campaign creation, creative generation, bid management, reporting, and performance optimisation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@dotler.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Advertising Platform Compliance
By using Dotler, you authorise us to manage advertising accounts on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with the advertising policies of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and any other platform. Dotler is not liable for account suspensions, disapprovals, or penalties imposed by third-party advertising platforms.
6. Fees and Payment
Dotler charges a platform fee as communicated during onboarding or in your subscription agreement. Ad spend is billed directly to your connected advertising accounts. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated technology, software, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Dotler Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dotler Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Company.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
